Lipolysis Treatment
Injectable fat dissolution for targeted contouring
Injection lipolysis uses solutions containing deoxycholic acid or phosphatidylcholine to disrupt and permanently destroy fat cell membranes in targeted areas, particularly the submental double chin, jowls and small body deposits.
The solution is injected in a grid pattern into the targeted fat deposit. Treated cells release their contents and are eliminated by the body's lymphatic system over 4–8 weeks. Multiple sessions spaced 4–6 weeks apart typically achieve optimal results.
Key Benefits

Frequently Asked Questions
Is injection lipolysis approved?
Deoxycholic acid (Kybella/Belkyra) is FDA-approved for submental fat; other formulations are used off-label in many countries.
Will the fat come back?
Destroyed fat cells cannot regenerate; however, significant weight gain can cause remaining fat cells in the area to enlarge.
