Consultations

Every treatment begins with a consultation to review your medical history, discuss your goals, and confirm that a given treatment is appropriate for you. Consultations may be required in person for surgical procedures.

Appointments & Cancellations

We ask patients to provide as much notice as possible when rescheduling or cancelling an appointment, so that time can be offered to other patients. Specific policies vary by treatment type and will be confirmed at time of booking.

Medical History Disclosure

Patients are required to disclose full and accurate medical history, including medications, allergies and prior procedures, to ensure safe and appropriate treatment planning.

Informed Consent

Before any procedure, patients receive a full explanation of the treatment, expected outcomes, risks and alternatives, and are asked to provide informed consent prior to proceeding.

Aftercare

Patients are provided with specific aftercare instructions following treatment and are encouraged to contact the clinic with any concerns during recovery.
